About the Opportunity

Our client represents high-profile corporate, municipal, and national brands. Known for handling high-stakes civil litigation, employment law, and voting rights matters, they combine big-firm work quality with a collaborative, boutique environment.

• Manageable Billing Targets: Work within a healthy culture featuring a realistic ~800 billable hours annual target.
• Direct Mentorship: Onboard and collaborate daily with a seasoned Senior Paralegal (20+ years of experience) alongside two lead Litigation Partners.
• Hybrid Flexibility: Enjoy a balanced 4-day in-office / 1-day remote work structure.

• Manage complex civil litigation cases from initial filing through trial preparation and resolution.
• Draft, proofread, and prepare pleadings, subpoenas, discovery responses, and deposition summaries.
• Conduct legal research and manage document workflows using Westlaw, Lexis Nexis, PACER, and e-discovery platforms.
• Assemble digital and paper trial binders, exhibit lists, and witness files.
• Monitor court dockets, manage calendar deadlines, and execute state/federal filings.

• Experience: 4 to 10 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment (general civil litigation required; employment law exposure preferred).
• Education: Bachelor's degree anda Paralegal Certificate.
