Salary: $120,000 - $170,000 per year

Our experienced trial lawyers bring more than 100 years of combined courtroom experience and are certified by the federal trial bar. We represent companies across a broad array of litigation and transactional matters — always emphasizing service, results, and client satisfaction.

• Base salary range: $120k to $170k + Bonus
• Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, matching 401(k), generous PTO, sick, and paid holidays
• Monthly stipend covering cellphone, CLE, travel, association membership, ARDC, and related expenses
• Hybrid remote — 2 days onsite per week
• Mid-sized established firm with opportunity for rapid business development and client sharing

• Defend a varied caseload of general liability insurance defense matters
• Handle all phases of litigation from inception through resolution — pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
• Evaluate liability, damages, and exposure and provide strategic guidance to insurance carriers and insured clients on case strategy, settlement, and resolution
• Work closely with partners and clients to deliver efficient, cost-effective defense strategies consistent with carrier guidelines and litigation budgets

• Illinois Bar Admission
• Insurance defense experience with a general liability focus
