Intellectual Property Lawyer / IP Attorney Needed for Leading Law Firm!

Salary: $175,000 - $195,000 per year

We are a leading law firm that has been around for decades and employs hundreds of people. We are on the lookout for a talented IP Lawyer / Associate Attorney!

As an IP Associate / Litigation Attorney in our firm, we are able to offer:

As an Intellectual Property Associate / Litigation Associate on our team, we are looking for:

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to IL state bar
• Engineering or Computer Science Degree
• 1–3 years of litigation experience, ideally involving complex commercial or intellectual property disputes.
• Prior exposure to substantive litigation work, including legal research and writing, discovery, and deposition preparation.
• Patent litigation experience is preferred; exposure to trademark or trade secret litigation is also valuable.
• Willingness to work onsite in Chicago at least 3 days per week
