Experienced Family Law Attorney

We are seeking an experienced family law attorney who can confidently manage cases, lead clients through challenging circumstances, and contribute strategic thinking to the team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives where strategy and compassion meet, and who wants to do their best work within an experienced, collaborative legal team.

• Independently managing family law cases from intake through resolution
• Leading and preparing thoroughly for mediations, hearings, and trials
• Developing case strategies and thinking several steps ahead for your clients
• Collaborating closely with paralegals and other members of the legal team
• Drafting and reviewing precise legal documents
• Licensed attorney in Georgia with family law experience
• Proven litigation experience, including hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings
• Strong skills in negotiation and strategic case management
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
• Proficiency in Clio or similar legal case management software
