Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Overview

We are hiring immediately for full time and part time HOUSEKEEPER positions.

Location:

Medical University of SC MOBs - 1180 Sam Rittenberg Boulevard Suite 2, Charleston, SC 29407.

Schedule:

Full time and part time schedules. 5:00 pm to 1:00 am. Days may vary, including rotating weekends. Further details upon interview.

• Performs light cleaning duties to maintain establishments (hotels, restaurants and hospitals) in a clean and orderly manner.
• Makes beds and changes linens as required; replenishes linens.
• cleans rooms and halls, vacuums carpets, rugs and draperies; shampoos carpets, rugs and upholstery.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings; cleans metal fixtures and fittings; cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers; wipes down glass surfaces.
• Empties and cleans trash containers; disposes of trash in a sanitary manner.
• Realigns furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout.
• Responds to guest queries and requests; handles housekeeping problems such as spills or broken glasses.
• Contributes to team efforts; maintains professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• No experience is necessary. Willing to train!
