We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager who takes pride in owning the performance, reliability, and long-term condition of a community’s physical asset.

In this position, you will lead all maintenance operations, ensuring systems run efficiently, units turn on time, and the property is maintenance to consistent, high standard.

• Leading and developing the maintenance team to deliver consistent, high-quality performance
• Overseeing work orders, apartment turns, and preventative maintenance programs
• Managing building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Controlling maintenance expenses through vendor management, inventory oversight, and budget alignment
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, inspections, and emergency response readiness

This is a role for someone who sets a high standard for execution, holds their team accountable and takes full ownership of maintenance operations and outcomes.

You have a solid foundation in multifamily maintenance leadership, including building systems, team management, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination, with the ability to manage both day‑to‑day operations and long‑term asset preservation.
