We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager who takes pride in owning the performance, reliability, and long-term condition of a community’s physical asset.
The OpportunityIn this position, you will lead all maintenance operations, ensuring systems run efficiently, units turn on time, and the property is maintenance to consistent, high standard.
Key areas of focus include:- Leading and developing the maintenance team to deliver consistent, high-quality performance
- Overseeing work orders, apartment turns, and preventative maintenance programs
- Managing building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Controlling maintenance expenses through vendor management, inventory oversight, and budget alignment
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards, inspections, and emergency response readiness
This is a role for someone who sets a high standard for execution, holds their team accountable and takes full ownership of maintenance operations and outcomes.
What You Bring to the TeamYou have a solid foundation in multifamily maintenance leadership, including building systems, team management, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination, with the ability to manage both day‑to‑day operations and long‑term asset preservation.
More importantly, you bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work. You’re dependable, collaborative, and take pride in delivering high-quality results and representing the Northwood Ravin brand with pride.
