About The Role

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to support a large, geographically dispersed portfolio of approximately 194 healthcare-related locations. This remote position plays a critical role in overseeing facility operations, vendor performance, maintenance programs, budgeting, and client satisfaction for a leading organization within the healthcare industry. This remote position plays a critical role in overseeing facility operations, vendor performance, maintenance programs, budgeting, and client satisfaction for a leading organization within the healthcare industry. The Facilities Manager will serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders, ensuring facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in alignment with business objectives.

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance activities across a portfolio of approximately 194 locations.
• Manage work order processes, ensuring service requests are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering a high level of customer service and responsiveness.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers to support preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility projects.
• Prepare, manage, and track operating budgets, expenses, and financial reporting to support portfolio performance.
• Conduct facility assessments and inspections, identifying opportunities for operational improvements, repairs, and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with environmental health, safety, and regulatory requirements across the portfolio.
• Support procurement activities, review vendor proposals, and manage invoicing and contract performance.

• 3+ years of facilities management, building operations, property management, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance programs, and facility operations.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and operational expenses.
• Proven work order management experience within a multi-site environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships, service agreements, and contractor performance.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage a large portfolio independently.
