* 2+ years of experience in project/program management, operations strategy, consulting, or a similar strategic role.
* Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
* Experience independently leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
* Demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, without formal authority.
* Experience managing timelines, tracking risks, and ensuring accountability across multiple teams.
* Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly in written and verbal form.
* Track record of delivering high-quality work with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Direct experience in M&A integration, corporate development, or supply chain operations is a strong plus.
