What You’ll Do- Managing Operations Across Sites
:
Oversee day-to-day operations of 8 Cloud Kitchens facilities within your region, ensuring consistent performance and high standards. - Leading High-Performing Teams
:
Hire, train, and coach hourly staff and salaried site-level managers to execute flawlessly and grow professionally. - Optimizing Fulfillment and Operations Processes
:
Continuously improve order fulfillment service focusing on scalability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. - Maintaining Operational Discipline
:
Own the P&L for the region, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive financial performance. - Driving Customer Success
:- Support onboarding of new customers.
- Resolve operational support issues on-site.
- Partner with sales to backfill vacant kitchens.
- Build strong relationships with 3PL partners.
- Stakeholder Communication
:
Collaborate cross-functionally to shape product roadmaps, close feedback loops, and resolve issues effectively. - Ensuring Compliance & Safety
:
Maintain all facility permits, licenses, and compliance with food safety and building standards.
- Strategic Problem Solver
:
Break down complex problems, prioritize solutions, and make smart decisions under pressure. - Process Builder / Manager
:
Design scalable solutions and use data to drive continuous improvement. - Real-Time Operations Leader
:
Stay calm under pressure and react swiftly to unexpected events. - People Manager
:
Inspire, develop, and lead teams in an operational environment.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, facilities management, or hospitality.
- Experience managing frontline teams, preferably in multi-site environments.
- Proven ability to own KPIs and drive measurable improvements.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to roll up fingers and work on-site regularly.
- Knowledge of P&L management and compliance practices is a plus.
This is a field-based role in Chicago, IL, with a blend of daily site presence and occasional remote work.
Job Type: Full-time;
Base Salary: $90,000 starting. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, life and disability coverage, 401(k), HSA, flexible spending accounts, discretionary vacation, and eight paid holidays.
Schedule:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling.
