The Ladder Method is seeking a Director- or Senior Manager-level Client Services leader to oversee and elevate the family and school experience nationwide. This is a high-ownership, strategic role for a self-starting professional who understands education, executive functioning, and ADHD — and who can confidently represent our curriculum, philosophy, and standards of excellence.

You will not simply manage communication. You will shape the client journey, lead intake conversations, deepen school relationships, and serve as a senior ambassador of The Ladder Method brand.

About The Ladder Method

The Ladder Method is a premier executive-functioning and academic coaching company that teaches students how to learn. Our proprietary curriculum develops organization, focus, accountability, and independence — skills that create long-term academic success.

We support students navigating ADHD, executive functioning challenges, and rigorous academic environments. Our work is structured, research-informed, and deeply relationship-driven. Our reputation is built on trust, discretion, and transformative results.

About

The Role

As Director / Senior Manager of Client Services, you will oversee the full client lifecycle — from prospective family intake through ongoing partnership and school collaboration.

You Will
  • Lead intake conversations with sophistication and discernment
  • Assess student needs and confidently articulate our executive-functioning curriculum
  • Translate complex learning challenges into clear, actionable service recommendations
  • Build trust with high-expectation families
  • Strengthen relationships with school counselors, administrators, and educational partners

This role requires both emotional intelligence and intellectual fluency. You must be comfortable discussing ADHD, executive functioning frameworks, academic strategy, and coaching methodology with credibility and clarity.

You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. You see gaps before they become problems. You build systems where needed. You take ownership.

This is a leadership-level role without micromanagement — ideal for someone who operates with initiative, maturity, and high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all prospective family intake conversations
  • Clearly and confidently present The Ladder Method curriculum and coaching model
  • Oversee client onboarding and ensure a seamless, concierge-level experience
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for families and school partners
  • Oversee a Client Services team that includes 3 direct reports
  • Conduct strategic outbound outreach to school contacts to deepen partnerships
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with counselors and administrators
  • Identify opportunities to improve client retention and satisfaction
  • Maintain high-level oversight of Hub Spot records and communication systems
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine client experience strategy
  • Proactively develop systems and processes that elevate service delivery
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in education, admissions, client services, or relationship-driven leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of the K–12 educational landscape
  • Deep familiarity with ADHD and executive functioning challenges
  • Ability to speak fluently and confidently about academic coaching frameworks
  • Proven experience leading client-facing strategy or managing high-touch relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
  • Highly organized with strong operational instincts
  • Self-starting, proactive, and comfortable operating autonomously
  • Experience with CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred)
  • Background as a teacher, school counselor, learning specialist, or education administrator strongly preferred
Compensation & Schedule
  • Part time or Full-Time
  • $40–$55 per hour (USD)
  • Flexible remote structure within agreed availability
  • Opportunity for expanded leadership scope as the company grows
Why Join The Ladder Method
  • Premier, nationally recognized education company
  • Mission-driven work supporting students with executive functioning challenges
  • High-performing, entrepreneurial team
  • Meaningful leadership opportunity with visible impact
