Position: First-Line Supervisor – Landscaping, Lawn Service, and Groundskeeping

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $20–$50/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

• Supervise and coordinate landscaping and groundskeeping activities across multiple project sites.
• Plan and manage project timelines to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide clear instructions and guidance to team members to support effective remote collaboration.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and development support.
• Manage allocation of resources, including equipment and materials, to optimize operations.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with environmental and operational best practices.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to align on project requirements and expectations.

• Strong years of experience in landscaping supervision or a related field.
• Strong expertise in landscaping operations, project management, and team leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate teams remotely.
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques, horticulture, and environmental practices.
• Familiarity with digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
