Account Coordinator, Enterprise

Enterprise – reporting directly to the Manager of Enterprise Account Management.

As an Account Coordinator you will drive operational excellence for our largest customers, ensuring every shipment runs smoothly from quote to delivery. This operations role offers a chance to learn the business inside out, build trusted relationships, and see your impact in real time.

• Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to support key customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Manage daily account operations—from quoting and booking to invoicing—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and profitability.
• Strategically accept or reject freight based on capacity, performance, and margin opportunities.
• Monitor load boards, resolve issues quickly, and manage escalations to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate scheduling and optimize coverage to achieve on‑time pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain and continually improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each account, identifying trends and collaborating with leadership.
• Oversee billing, rates, and fuel surcharges, resolving discrepancies and ensuring smooth financial operations.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Exceptionally organized with a sharp eye for detail.

This is a non‑exempt role with an hourly rate of $23.00 - $24.00/hour
. Full‑time employees are eligible for an equity package and our competitive benefits. Our policy targets candidates local to one of Flock Freight’s headquarters locations (San Diego or Chicago).
