The Technical Delivery Team Manager leads cross‑functional project teams through full project lifecycle execution, from planning to final implementation. Responsibilities include managing project scope, budget, resources, and risks; coordinating schedules and stakeholder communications; and ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals. The position drives performance through effective planning, reporting, and quality assurance processes, while also providing leadership, coaching, and development to team members.
Your role in our mission- Plan, direct, and coordinate cross‑functional team activities to manage and implement project through implementation to final operational stage.
- Determine, monitor, and review all project economics to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, sub‑contractors, resources, and risk.
- Lead the project subsystem teams in determining client requirements and translating requirements into change orders.
- Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project.
- Develop project control and reporting procedures. Manage changes in project work plan.
- Coordinate status review meetings among project team members and clients.
- Coach and counsel members of cross‑functional teams to meet established task dates or resolve technical issues.
- Ensure adherence to legally binding requirements and customer long‑term goals.
- Control project requirements, scope, and change management issues.
- Establish appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria.
- Analyze needs and recommend appropriate planning concepts and tools to be used for all facets of planning, scheduling, and tracking projects.
- Create quality assurance and performance plans; develop criteria and monitor results.
- Create/update communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among key stakeholders.
- Conduct Employee Performance Reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to enhance the career growth of employees.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Two (2) years of people management or supervisory experience
- One (1) year of Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) experience
- Must have project management background
- The team prefers someone living in Georgia
- Opportunities to travel through your work (0‑10%)
- This is a full‑time permanent regular salaried (W‑2) employee position.
- Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).

The pay range for this position is $86,700.00 – $ per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
