At Dayrise Residential, we deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships with our residents — and we want YOU to be part of it. As a Service Manager, you’ll lead the maintenance team to keep our communities safe, beautiful, and operating at their best. You’ll oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, vendor partnerships, and ready vacant homes for new residents — all while inspiring a positive, high‑performing team.

- Oversee budget management and compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Be part of the on‑call rotation for emergency needs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA Type I & II or Universal certification (required)
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license
- 2-3 years of multifamily maintenance leadership experience
- Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with property management software (Real Page) and Microsoft Office
This role involves standing, walking, lifting, driving, climbing stairs, and working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Work Schedule
- Full‑time
- On‑call rotation required
