Operations Management Trainee

Overview

Salary: $50,000/yr + Company Vehicle (gas, insurance, maintenance included).

Operations Manager Trainee program with structured, hands-on training across key operational areas. You will learn to enhance financial profitability, improve operational efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction while leading teams. The program includes rotation through Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service.

• After completing the eight-week training, transition into a supervisory role overseeing one or more daily operations and sales functions to maximize fleet utilization, revenue, customer satisfaction, and staff management.
• Receive mentorship to develop skills and advance from Operations Manager to Area Vice President in a Fortune 500 company.

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree with at least two years of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, teamwork, positive attitude, and ability to make independent decisions
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays; on-site presence required; remote work not available
• One year of high-quality customer service experience preferred
