Pinnacle Live is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to manage the daily AP operations across multiple locations. You will supervise a small team, ensure timely invoicing, coding, and posting, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal partners.
Responsibilities include supervising 2 staff, approving vendor set ups in systems, coordinating with the Purchasing Department, and supporting annual audits and 1099 preparations with accuracy and discretion.
