Maximus is seeking a Manager - Arbitration Operations to lead the State East Arbitration team in a remote role. You will oversee the day-to-day administration of a state-sponsored dispute resolution program and ensure compliance with SLAs, policies, and regulatory requirements.
You will coach supervisors and analysts, monitor performance, and drive process improvements across SharePoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office systems while coordinating with regulators and health plans.
