Role Description The Regional Field Director is a full-time, hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees field operations within an assigned region, including planning and executing voter registration drives, community outreach events, and volunteer engagement activities. The Regional Field Director manages a team of field organizers, provides training and coaching, and ensures that outreach goals and timelines are met.
Daily responsibilities include building relationships with community leaders and partner organizations, tracking field metrics, preparing regular reports, and adjusting strategies based on performance data. The individual in this role collaborates with internal teams to align regional efforts with statewide objectives, uphold compliance with relevant laws and policies, and support initiatives that promote election transparency.
Qualifications
- Experience in field organizing, community outreach, or grassroots advocacy, with the ability to lead regional operations and campaigns.
- Demonstrated skills in team leadership, staff supervision, and volunteer management, including training and performance coaching.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and public speaking skills for engaging diverse communities and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data tracking, reporting, and using digital tools
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
