Senior Project Manager - Manufacturing & Operations

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to drive critical projects within their Manufacturing & Operations division. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to manage projects from anywhere. You will be responsible for leading initiatives focused on process improvement, efficiency gains, and the implementation of new manufacturing technologies. • Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of manufacturing and operational improvement projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain.
• Identify and manage project risks, ensuring operational continuity and minimal disruption.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies where applicable.
• Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and provide regular status reports to senior management.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Project Management, with a strong emphasis on manufacturing or operations.
• Proven track record of managing projects that result in significant cost savings or efficiency improvements.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and operational excellence.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, adept at managing remote teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related), Business, or a relevant field; PMP or Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
• Experience in driving operational change and implementing new technologies in a production environment.
