Title: CampusNIL Social Media Student Influencer Intern

CampusNIL is launching one of the nation’s largest student portals, designed to connect 3.8M students across more than 2,200 campuses nationwide, and is seeking Social Media Student Influencer Interns to support social media, awareness, engagement, and growth. CampusNIL and TastyExchange respect all applicable intellectual property and copyright standards in how content is shared and promoted.

Position overview
The CampusNIL Social Media Student Influencer Intern will serve as a visible, trusted representative of CampusNIL on campus and across social media platforms, helping introduce the portal to a broad student audience. Interns will create and distribute social content, drive student sign-ups, promote TastyExchange, and provide insights that help shape CampusNIL products, events, and outreach.​

Core responsibilities
  • Create and publish authentic, campus‑relevant social media content (posts, stories, short‑form videos, etc.) that promotes CampusNIL and its benefits to students.​
  • Actively promote Tasty Exchange on campus and online through approved social media campaigns, posts, and collaborations with student groups, in alignment with CampusNIL guidelines.​
  • Use personal social media channels and CampusNIL tools to drive awareness, registrations, and ongoing engagement with the portal and affiliated offerings.​
  • Represent CampusNIL at select campus or virtual events, introducing the platform and social media initiatives to student organizations and offices as needed.​
  • Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares, clicks) and informal feedback from students and share key insights, trends, and suggestions with CampusNIL staff.​
  • Complete basic activity tracking or reports on social media posts, outreach activities, and outcomes as requested.​
Role details
  • Job Title: CampusNIL Social Media Student Influencer Intern
  • Location: Remote with campus-based engagement and outreach.​
  • Duration: Flexible, typically semester‑based with the possibility of extension.​
  • Compensation structure: Professional experience, exposure, access to training and select events, $10-17 per hour, plus eligibility to earn up to $500 in cash credits through approved promotion of TastyExchange on campus, as defined by program guidelines.​
Position Requirements
Tech School, 1+ Years work experience
Required traits and qualifications
  • Currently enrolled at an accredited trade school, college or university.​
  • Active, responsible presence on at least one major social media platform (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X).​
  • Responsible and reliable: Consistently meets deadlines, follows program guidelines, and upholds a professional standard in all ‑ and ‑related activities.​
  • Strong communicator: Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with peers, student leaders, and staff.​
  • Social media savvy: Understands basic best practices for tone, timing, and appropriateness, and is comfortable appearing in or creating public-facing content.​
  • Proactive and self‑motivated: Able to work independently, plan and execute outreach, and seek opportunities to promote the platform without constant supervision.​
  • Organized and detail‑oriented: Capable of balancing internship commitments with academic responsibilities while tracking activities and meeting expectations.​

  • Campus‑connected: Involvement or interest in student organizations, athletics, residence life, or other aspects of campus culture.​
  • Positive brand ambassador: Maintains a respectful, professional online presence aligned with and values and brand standards.​

Additional Information / Benefits
At this time, we are offering internship positions only. However, upon the official launch of our program, we plan to expand our team by contracting specialized professionals and agencies to lead key operational areas. Each of these leadership positions will be supported by additional staff who will report directly to them to ensure efficient coordination and execution.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Our technological infrastructure and digital platforms will be overseen by external IT service providers or consultants with extensive experience in technology management and strategic innovation. The CTO will supervise technical teams responsible for development, maintenance, and cybersecurity operations.

Director of Communications
Public relations agencies or independent communication specialists will lead the development and implementation of communication strategies designed to enhance our organizational visibility and reputation. Supporting staff will manage media coordination, content creation, and stakeholder communications.

Director of Marketing
Experienced marketing agencies or freelance professionals will be engaged to design, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that effectively reach and engage target audiences. The Director of Marketing will be supported by staff managing campaign analytics, digital media, and brand partnerships.

Director of Partnerships
External business development consultants or agencies will be responsible for establishing, strengthening, and maintaining strategic partnerships that contribute to organizational growth and outreach. This function will be supported by partnership coordinators and research staff.

Director of Legal Affairs
Legal compliance, advisory services, and contract management will be handled by qualified law firms or legal consulting professionals. The Director of Legal Affairs will oversee supporting personnel managing contracts, documentation, and compliance reporting.
