Overview

The Senior Vice President, Media Strategy & Growth role is a unique blend of strategy and business development focused on our media solutions. We are looking for someone who is adept at driving strategy for new business pitches and who is comfortable as an SME on the media landscape. They are expected to leverage client partnerships to lead and formulate strategic planning and business growth utilizing data and insights.

The ideal candidate can step in and lead a growing team, helping scale our practice and grow client businesses through successful partnership and consultative selling. This position requires a strategic brain well-versed in the changing media landscape, paired with show-stopping storytelling and a passion for developing talent and fostering top-to-top client and publisher relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Provide thought leadership and identify opportunities to grow business and service clients
  • Responsible for fostering cross-agency communication and partnerships and contributing to new business pitches
  • Influence internal leaders and manage direct reports with a strong contribution to the agency's forward vision
  • Accountable for proper resource management and utilization of the team
Qualifications
  • Extensive relevant experience, particularly in the media agency environment, with significant participation in new business development and strategy
  • Expert knowledge of the media landscape, including digital investment and activation across all online channels
  • Experience managing, developing, and providing thought leadership to direct reports
  • Experience leading and fostering client relationships
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills; able to detect and translate a story behind data
