Position: Retention & Lifecycle Marketing Manager (US, Remote)

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year (DOE)

Benefit Eligible: Yes

Location: Remote (WFH) with location restrictions within the United States. For tax and compliance purposes, this role is open only to candidates that will work or reside in the following states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, , IL, LA, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, TX, VA, WA, WI, WY.

This is a high‑impact role with real ownership over one of our most important growth channels. You’ll shape lifecycle email strategy and retention initiatives that keep customers connected through thoughtful education, strong customer journeys, and experiences that build trust, deepen loyalty, and grow customer lifetime value. You’ll bring both strategic thinking and exceptional execution to a mission rooted in helping people live healthier lives through real food, clean ingredients, and a more holistic approach to wellness.

What

You’ll Do
  • Develop and implement retention‑focused lifecycle strategies and campaigns that increase repeat purchase rate, reduce churn, and grow customer lifetime value.
  • Identify lifecycle gaps and customer drop‑off points, build customer journey maps, and use behavioural data to develop strategies that increase repeat purchase, strengthen loyalty, and support long‑term customer retention.
  • Own the day‑to‑day management and optimisation of retention‑focused lifecycle programmes, including post‑purchase, replenishment, cross‑sell, upsell, win‑back, subscription reactivation, and customer education flows.
  • Support key acquisition‑adjacent lifecycle touch points, including opt‑ins, welcome flows, and abandoned cart programmes, ensuring they contribute to long‑term customer value.
  • Develop post‑purchase education strategies that help customers use products successfully, stay engaged, and better understand the value of the brand and its products.
  • Design, build, and optimise email templates and lifecycle campaigns, ensuring visually impactful, brand‑consistent communications and strong deliverability across the customer journey.
  • Implement advanced customer segmentation, personalisation, and dynamic content strategies to deliver targeted, relevant messaging that improves engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Design and execute strategic A/B tests across lifecycle programmes and proactively implement optimisations based on performance data, customer behaviour, and industry best practices.
  • Own and maintain the retention dashboard, monitor and analyse key performance metrics, including open rates, click‑through rates, conversion rates, revenue, retention, and lifetime value, and proactively bring forward insights and recommendations to…
