The Role
The Senior Director, Growth Strategy is a senior strategic leader responsible for shaping and winning Wpromote's most important growth opportunities through sharp pitch and RFP strategy, modern media solutions, and compelling storytelling. As the lead strategist across new business pursuits, this role partners closely with Sales Directors, Growth leadership, Client Strategy, Audience Strategy, and channel experts to develop differentiated, insight‑driven narratives that solve complex client challenges and position Wpromote as a market leader.
This role leads the development of integrated, full‑funnel marketing strategies across modern media channels, emerging platforms, and omnichannel experiences, guiding cross‑functional pitch and RFP teams and raising the bar on creativity, strategic rigor, and effectiveness across every pursuit. The ideal candidate is passionate about advertising, consumer trends, and inventive storytelling, with a strong pulse on evolving media and platform landscapes. Success in this role is measured by pitch and RFP effectiveness, strategic contribution, and overall win‑rate performance. This is not a quota‑carrying sales role.
