Paid Media Strategist
Own and execute paid media campaigns to drive awareness and demand for our B2B solutions across Google, Bing, Meta, and Linked In. Manage full campaign lifecycle, from strategy and build to optimization and reporting, without external agency support.
Responsibilities- Build, manage, optimize, and report on all paid campaigns end‑to‑end.
- Own budget allocation, channel mix decisions, and overall campaign performance relative to MQL targets.
- Track, tag, and troubleshoot campaigns in partnership with marketing ops and analytics teams.
- Develop creative briefs and provide asset guidance for in‑house creative teams.
- Identify and test new channels and tactics as core programs mature.
- Collaborate on strategy, execution, and budget for supplementary channels such as direct mail, influencer partnerships, and trade publications.
- Cross‑train and collaborate with integrated team members, including Sr. Associate of Integrated Campaigns – Organic & Boosted Social.
- 5+ years managing paid media campaigns hands‑in‑tool across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Paid Display (Google, Bing, Meta, Linked In).
- Demonstrated track record of driving measurable B2B outcomes (MQLs, pipeline contribution, site traffic).
- Experience owning budget allocation and independent channel mix decisions without agency support.
- Strong command of campaign tracking, attribution, and tagging – comfortable troubleshooting in‑platform.
- Ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Preferred:
Experience in a marketplace, platform, or multi‑product B2B environment; familiarity with ABM tactics, intent‑based targeting, or account‑level media strategies; comfortable working in a lean team.
Base salary range: $93,100.00 – $. Eligible for bonus and/or equity programs depending on level and role.
