As a Product Marketing Specialist for HPE Morpheus, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of product marketing initiatives across the product lifecycle, helping to drive business success. You will collaborate with experienced product management, sales, and marketing teams to create and refine messaging, support go‑to‑market activities, produce content, and enable sales and partners. The position is remote teleworker and offers the chance to shape how enterprises think about AI and hybrid cloud.
Responsibilities- Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that highlights the value of HPE Morpheus.
- Execute go‑to‑market strategies for existing and new product offerings, including product announcements and launches that align with the product roadmap and business objectives.
- Produce impactful marketing collateral using company templates – solution briefs, case studies, blogs, social posts, videos, presentations, and sales education materials. Partner with campaign teams to execute assets such as landing pages, reports, and webinars.
- Create sales enablement tools such as competitive battle cards, product training materials, and objection‑handling guides.
- Work closely with customer success teams to identify, track, and showcase customer success stories. Leverage customer feedback to recommend messaging updates and influence product roadmap decisions.
- College degree in Marketing, Business, or a technical field.
- 2‑5 years of experience in product marketing fundamentals and tactics.
- Experience building strong relationships with product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Strong independent working skills suitable for a remote worker.
- Beneficial to have a strong understanding of hybrid IT environments or AI‑driven solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent ability to prioritize work and operate independently.
- Expertise in managing project timelines on time and within budget.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using agentic AI in product marketing.
- Ability to interface with management and functional disciplines both within the company and with marketing vendors.
- Confidence in presenting to peers, managers, and executives.
- Moderate – May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business. Impact at the specialist level and within workgroup.

SalaryThe expected salary range for this position is $66,800 – $126,000 USD annually in Colorado, and $62,900 – $145,300 USD in Georgia, Illinois, North Carolina, Texas, and Washington. The listed salary range reflects base salary; variable incentives may also be offered.
