Senior Marketing Designer

Empowered Staffing is seeking a Senior Marketing Designer to elevate our brand presence and drive engaging, high-impact visual communications across all marketing channels. In this role, you will serve as a key creative partner within our Marketing & Advertising department, leading the design vision for campaigns that support both client acquisition and candidate engagement. You will conceptualize and produce compelling visual assets for digital and print, including web and landing page layouts, paid and organic social media graphics, email campaigns, sales presentations, event materials, and brand collateral.

You will translate business goals and marketing strategies into clear, visually cohesive stories that differentiate Empowered Staffing in a competitive market. Working closely with marketing strategists, recruiters, and sales leaders, you will own and evolve our visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint. You will guide projects from initial concept through final execution, developing mood boards, wireframes, mockups, and production-ready assets while managing multiple timelines and priorities.

You will use performance data, stakeholder feedback, and best practices in design and UX to refine and optimize creative for clarity, usability, and conversion. As a senior-level contributor, you will bring strong creative direction, impeccable attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You will help uphold and enhance our brand guidelines, mentor junior or freelance designers when needed, and champion design excellence within a fast-paced, agency-style environment.
