About the Team

Our Product Marketing team’s mission is to generate customer insights that inform Stripe’s product strategy and lead go-to-market for our suite of products. The team works across the entire product lifecycle, from shaping the product to driving launch, commercialization, and post-launch adoption, supporting both self-serve and sales-sold marketing efforts.

What You’ll Do

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will own go-to-market strategy and execution for Stripe’s global selling solution. You will craft solution-level messaging and positioning, create differentiated content, support product launches of our localized currency presentment products, and enable sales.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product, partnerships, and partner marketing teams to build a marketing strategy that drives awareness, demand, and usage of our products.
  • Own messaging and positioning for our global selling solution, developing campaign-level content and sales enablement assets.
  • Enable sales teams to understand the value of our products and competitive solutions.
  • Create high-impact thought leadership content that demonstrates Stripe’s vision for global selling.
  • Support product launches by defining audience segments, crafting launch narratives, coordinating cross‑functional readiness, and executing launch activities.

  • Act as a team player. You collaborate across the Marketing team and with other disciplines within Stripe.
Minimum Requirements
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience.
  • Experience developing messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; able to translate technical features into customer‑facing benefits.
  • Experience managing cross‑functional GTM efforts, working closely with product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Able to leverage data to proactively identify opportunities and drive impactful results.
Hybrid Work at Stripe

This role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).

In‑Office Expectations

Office‑assigned Stripes are expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users, balancing collaboration and flexibility.

Working Remotely at Stripe

A remote location is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While you may be welcome to attend team meetings, on‑sites, and events in person, the expectation is that you will regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. Stripe does not cover relocation costs for remote locations.

Pay and Benefits

The annual US base salary range for this role is $145,000 – $217,600. Eligible benefits include equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
