Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for social media and storytelling? This Social Content Creator will help shape the voice of Poise through bold, trend-setting content! The KCNA Social Media team is seeking a highly creative and trend-savvy Social Content Creator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a sharp eye for design and video editing, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You'll be responsible for producing engaging, platform-native content (a mix of videography, photography, and static graphic design), while also supporting the sourcing of UGC, EGC, and other partner-produced content. Your work will directly influence how consumers experience and engage with Poise, helping to build community and drive cultural relevance. The Social Content Creator will generate best-in-class social content with efficiency and excellence.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners, gaining exposure to integrated marketing strategies and the latest in digital innovation, as well as internal department teams to support their respective missions, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a strong social brand.
- Content Creation (90%)
- Create thumb-stopping content that resonates with diverse audiences across platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook, including but not limited to shooting original videos and taking photos
- Design static graphics, produce short-form videos, and capture photos using brand guidelines and current trends
- Write copy for post captions & supplement proactive engagement responsibilities of the Community Management team
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to align content with brand strategy and campaign goals
- Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to inform content strategy, including Generative AI and AI-assisted content production
- Expected to be willing to appear on camera within produced content focused on perimenopause/menopause and light bladder leaks
- Creative Optimization (10%)
- Partner with appropriate members of social media team to implement performance insights & opportunities for content optimization
- Co-develop concept briefs with Social Creative Strategist targeting relevant audience cohorts & communities
- 2+ years of experience in social media content creation
- Experience in community management is a plus
- Strong graphic design, videography, photography, and video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Cap Cut, etc.)
- Please be prepared to provide a portfolio showcasing your best design work or standout social content that demonstrates your creative impact
- Willingness to appear as on-camera talent in content around perimenopause/menopause, light bladder leaks, and body changes through life stages relevant to the Poise consumer
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Experience with social media management tools (Sprinklr preferred)
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Hybrid/Remote work from the Greater Chicago or Greater New York metro areas
- Must have reliable internet access
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on content needs or community escalations
- Travel up to 25% may be required for content capture, team collaboration, or event coverage
