We are a growing, high-end interior design firm seeking a dynamic, organized, and creative Marketing & Procurement Coordinator who is passionate about interior design, branding, client experience, and events.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. We are looking for a team player with exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience managing marketing initiatives, vendor coordination, procurement support, and event planning.

- Experience coordinating and leading events from planning through execution
- Marketing experience including social media, outreach, content coordination, and brand support
- Comfortable communicating with clients, vendors, partners, and team members professionally
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while also supporting a collaborative team environment
- Plan, coordinate, and help lead client events, vendor events, networking events, and charity initiatives
- Manage event timelines, vendor communication, logistics, RSVPs, and setup coordination
- Represent the firm professionally during events and networking opportunities
- Assist with sourcing sponsorship and partnership opportunities
- Support procurement processes including vendor communication, order coordination, and tracking
- Assist with pricing, quotes, product sourcing, and follow-up
- Coordinate with vendors, workrooms, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and organization
- Help maintain accurate procurement records and organization systems
- Assist with social media coordination and content planning
- Support marketing campaigns, outreach efforts, partnerships, and brand initiatives
- Coordinate photography, project submissions, and marketing materials
- Help maintain brand consistency across communications and platforms
- Assist with email marketing, newsletters, and promotional efforts
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, event planning, procurement coordination, public relations, luxury hospitality, interior design, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients, vendors, partners, and team members
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coordinating and executing events from planning through completion
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience with social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, Linked In, and Facebook
- Ability to work independently, problem solve, and take initiative while collaborating with a team
- Professional, polished, and client-facing demeanor
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a growing business environment
