This hands-on Marketing Project Coordinator supports integrated marketing across National Van Lines brands by planning, executing, measuring, and optimizing campaigns that drive growth. The role combines campaign management, marketing operations, analytics, project management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure marketing initiatives deliver measurable business results.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative, manages projects independently, and approaches every campaign with a test-and-learn mindset. This role owns the execution of marketing initiatives, driving projects from strategy through implementation while partnering across multiple departments.

Responsibilities- The duties and responsibilities of the Marketing Campaign Coordinator include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies across company brands, programs, products, and business initiatives.
- Coordinate and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, service launches, and promotional initiatives.
- Utilize AI-powered marketing tools to assist with content development, reporting, workflow support, and campaign execution while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate schedules to support timely completion of marketing initiatives.
- Assist with campaign planning from concept through launch, ensuring projects stay organized and deadlines are met.
- Develop and maintain marketing playbooks, templates, and standard operating procedures to support the marketing team.
- Gather and organize campaign performance data to support reporting and business decision-making.
- Analyze campaign results using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and other performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Research emerging marketing trends, technologies, and channels to support customer acquisition and engagement.
- Support marketing initiatives across websites, landing pages, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, events, trade shows, and print collateral.
- Maintain a cohesive voice and visual identity across marketing materials.
- Coordinate company events, including logistics, communications, and vendor relationships.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, IT, agency partners, and other departments to support marketing initiatives.
- Prepare dashboards and recurring reports that communicate marketing performance to leadership.
- Monitor key marketing metrics and summarize findings to help guide future marketing activities.
- Serve as a marketing resource across departments while contributing ideas that enhance customer engagement and overall marketing effectiveness.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, campaign coordination, or campaign management.
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with marketing analytics, reporting, dashboards, and performance measurement.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, local SEO, email marketing, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate meaningful insights.
- Experience supporting event planning, conferences, or corporate summits preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Experience using AI tools to support marketing content, reporting, and day-to-day marketing activities.

This is an on-site position in which employees have the ability to work from home one day per week.
