Our client is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to support the execution of local marketing initiatives across a growing network of locations. This role is ideal for a hands‑on marketer who enjoys balancing multiple projects, working closely with field leaders, and helping bring marketing campaigns to life at the local level. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating across departments to support customer engagement, brand consistency, and business growth.
This role is hybrid with a 4 day a week in office expectation and flex on Fridays to work from home.
Responsibilities- Execute local marketing programs, events, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives.
- Support promotional campaign rollouts across multiple locations.
- Coordinate signage, merchandising materials, and other marketing assets to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage and publish organic social media content while supporting local content creation efforts.
- Partner with field teams to identify marketing opportunities and support location‑level initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely project execution.
- Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and measurement of marketing activities.
- Maintain marketing calendars and help prioritize field marketing requests.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably supporting multiple locations, markets, or business units.
- Experience executing local marketing campaigns, events, promotions, or community partnerships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations, sales, leadership, and external partners.
- Familiarity with social media management, content publishing, and basic marketing analytics.
- Experience with marketing technology platforms, project management tools, and creative software such as Canva is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support local marketing initiatives and events.
