LaSalle Network is hiring a Consultant, Paid Social on behalf of a leading performance marketing agency specializing in AI-powered, data-driven marketing solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing professional who is passionate about developing high-performing Paid Social campaigns and delivering measurable business results. The ideal Consultant, Paid Social will combine strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management, partnering directly with clients to build innovative, multichannel social media strategies that drive performance across today's leading platforms.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute Paid Social strategies across Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, Snapchat, Pinterest and emerging social platforms for our education client
• Manage campaigns from strategy through execution, including audience targeting, KPI development, trafficking, creative briefing and asset coordination.
• Oversee budget pacing, campaign optimization and testing roadmaps to maximize client performance.
• Serve as the primary client contact for Paid Social initiatives, presenting campaign insights, performance updates and strategic recommendations.
• Design and implement creative and audience testing strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable business insights.
• Mentor and support Paid Social Specialists and Senior Specialists, providing guidance and best practices.
• Partner with analytics and cross-channel marketing teams to develop integrated performance marketing strategies.
• Stay current on Paid Social platform updates, emerging trends and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of Paid Social marketing experience within an agency or client-facing environment.
• Experience managing annual budgets in the $MM
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and at least one additional platform, including Tik Tok, Linked In, Snapchat or Pinterest.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting campaign performance data.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and digital marketing analytics tools.
• Proven success managing client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
