  • Maintain a coordinated culture activation calendar aligned to the Culture & Experience portfolio and key enterprise moments.
  • Lead wellness program execution through a structured activation approach, including program planning, promotion strategy, and participant experience design across the ACG footprint.
  • Maintain wellness-related intranet content, program calendar inputs, and employee-facing resources so materials remain current, easy to find, and practical to use.
  • Translate culture priorities into clear, employee-friendly materials, tailoring for frontline and non-desk audiences where needed.
  • Partner with stakeholders to collect stories, examples, and best practices that reinforce desired behaviors and strengthen credibility.
  • Coordinate with internal corporate communications to align messaging, confirm accuracy, and select appropriate channels for distribution.
  • Track basic effectiveness signals (feedback themes, participation trends, participation indicators) and recommend improvements to increase clarity and adoption.
  • Build reusable templates and activation standards that reduce rework and improve consistency across culture program rollouts.
