The Marketing Analyst role is a full-time hybrid position based in the Greater Chicago Area, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing and sales data to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and support data-driven decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include building dashboards and reports, segmenting audiences, evaluating marketing channels, and preparing insights for stakeholders across marketing and sales teams.
The Marketing Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to refine targeting strategies, optimize budgets, and improve customer acquisition and retention. The role also involves presenting findings in clear, concise formats and recommending actionable improvements to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and general analytics capabilities to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess marketing analytics skills to measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and evaluate marketing channel effectiveness.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills to present data clearly, collaborate with teams, and translate complex information into practical recommendations.
- Candidates should possess sales-related skills and understanding of sales processes to align marketing analysis with revenue goals and lead generation activities.
- Proficiency with data and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms, CRM or marketing automation systems) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Experience in real estate, housing, or multi-family communities is a plus but not required.
