We're hiring:
Paid Search Manager (SEM/ PPC focus)- Hybrid role Chicago, IL
Scale Marketing in partnership with Lucas James Talent Partners | Media Team
Scale Marketing is growing our Paid Search practice, and we're looking for a Paid Search Manager to help lead the charge. This role sits at the center of our digital business---owning paid search strategy and performance while partnering closely with clients, leadership, analytics, and media teams. Hybrid role- 3 days in office and 2 days work from home!
What you'll do- Own end-to-end paid search strategy, execution, and optimization
- Act as a paid search thought leader for top-tier clients
- Drive client growth by exceeding ROI/ROAS and KPI targets
- Lead daily performance analysis, buying, bidding, and reporting
- Build strong client relationships through insights and results
- Collaborate cross-functionally and help support a fast-growing team
- 3 years of paid search experience (agency side required)
- Expertise in SEM and PPC
- Expertise in Google & Bing (Shopping required; Amazon a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets
- Experience with tags, pixels, and Google Tag Manager
- Polished, client-facing communication skills
- A startup mindset and passion for growing with a scaling company
