The Opportunity

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a strategic, hands‑on Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy - Marketing, Openings & Conversions to support the Americas Essentials portfolio across new hotel openings and conversions. In this role, you will translate each hotel's commercial strategy into marketing recommendations, approved investments, and launch plans that build business on the books and accelerate performance from the first available booking date through opening and transition.

You will collaborate closely with Performance Leads, Sales and Revenue strategists, Commercial Activation Services, Distribution, Field Marketing, hotel leaders, and owners/operators to connect market insight, positioning, media, loyalty, content, and activation into one cohesive Commercial Ramp Strategy Plan. You will be part of a team that is passionate about our purpose, committed to nurturing curiosity and new skills, and building connections across the organization with colleagues, customers, and guests.
