Задачи:- Support the Global CMO in refining and executing VBET's global brand positioning
- Co-drive a unified and culturally adaptive brand strategy across all territories
- Drive global growth and revenue through marketing strategies for the gambling and crypto industries
- Coordinate with regional executives to ensure alignment and execution across local markets
- Support the development of a team of senior marketing professionals
- Ensure financial discipline across marketing operations and optimize ROI through data-driven strategies
- Safeguard a consistent brand image and voice across digital campaigns, sponsor ships, and events
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, regulators, and industry contacts
- Drive cross-market synergies while respecting cultural authenticity
- Deputize for the CMO when required and ensure continuity of leadership and decision-making
- 7+ Years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in iGaming, ideally B2C
- Experience supporting or leading multi-regional marketing strategies at strategic and executional levels
- Experience in data analytics, financial forecasting, and performance-driven marketing
- Experience contributing to brand transformation or repositioning across countries or business units
- Degree in marketing, business, or a related field from a recognized institution
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to manage and support senior professionals
- English and Russian communication skills
- Solid professional network in relevant industries and regulatory environments
- Entrepreneurial energy, a "no-excuse" mindset, and readiness to work in a fast-paced global environment
- Nice to have: additional languages
- Remote work is available globally, with flexibility based on the candidate
- Regular business trips are required
- Work with global teams across regulated markets
