Click Grow is an AI marketing platform that helps small businesses automate their marketing and grow.

We’re looking for a hands‑on Growth Marketing Manager to own Click Grow’s marketing strategy and execution. You’ll work directly with our founder to build awareness, attract qualified customers, and convert more leads and free trials into paying subscribers.

You’ll manage marketing for Click Grow itself. All campaigns and customer‑facing content will be in English.

You’ll own the marketing calendar, campaigns, testing priorities, and performance reporting across paid and organic channels.

The ideal candidate has strong paid acquisition experience and practical skills across content, email, and conversion optimization. You can identify opportunities, prioritize the work, launch campaigns, and use results to guide your next decisions.

• Manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns, including budgets, audiences, retargeting, creative testing, and optimization.
• Develop and test ad concepts, copy, images, and video creatives.
• Recommend budget allocation and evaluate additional paid channels, including Google Ads.

• Manage Click Grow’s social media and content calendar.
• Repurpose founder videos, product demos, customer stories, and educational content into marketing assets.
• Create and publish posts, short videos, and other content using AI and creative tools.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities through SEO, partnerships, and referrals.

• Build and improve lead nurturing, trial conversion, and reactivation campaigns.
• Develop landing page messaging, offers, headlines, and calls to action.
• Run experiments to improve visitor‑to‑trial and trial‑to‑paid conversion.
• Coordinate with our product and development team on changes requiring technical support.

• Maintain a prioritized marketing plan with clear goals and deadlines.
• Track campaign spend, cost per trial, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and revenue from acquired customers.
• Review campaign tracking and coordinate fixes when needed.
• Provide weekly updates covering results, insights, and recommended next steps.

• 3+ years of hands‑on growth or digital marketing experience, with measurable results.
• Proven experience personally managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ads.
• Hands‑on experience in at least two additional areas: email marketing, organic social/content, Google Ads, SEO, or conversion optimization.
• Experience marketing to English‑speaking audiences, preferably US customers.
• Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, creative testing, segmentation, and marketing analytics.
• Experience using AI tools for copywriting, research, and creative production.
• Ability to create and edit marketing assets using Canva, Cap Cut, or similar tools.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to execute independently.
• Based in Latin America.
• A reliable working computer, stable high-speed internet, and a suitable environment for Zoom meetings.

• Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
• You must be able to confidently participate in strategy meetings, understand our target audience, and review English marketing content.
• We use AI to assist with copy and creative production. You must still be able to improve the output, correct errors, and ensure the final content sounds natural and accurately represents Click Grow.
