Digital Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Coordinator based in the United States.

This role supports the digital presence and brand experience of a global professional services organization.

You'll manage digital content, communications, creative initiatives, and user experiences across multiple platforms.

The position combines hands-on execution with strategic coordination and guidance for communications and brand projects.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas and business priorities into engaging digital experiences.

Strong writing, visual communication, organization, and stakeholder collaboration will be central to your success.

This is a fully remote opportunity designed for someone comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Candidates must be based in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

• Create compelling graphic and digital designs and engaging user experiences that reinforce brand standards and encourage colleague and client engagement.

• Coordinate communications and brand experience projects from concept through delivery, ensuring solutions are aligned with best practices, project objectives, and deadlines.

• Support communications and user experience teams by developing written and visual presentations that effectively communicate stories, concepts, ideas, and solutions.

• Provide strategic direction and guidance to team members on communications and user experience approaches that support engagement and business objectives.

• Develop clear, concise, compelling, and on-brand written communications designed to encourage the intended audience response or call to action.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions, milestone meetings, and status updates to maintain alignment with strategic priorities and business needs.

• Support organizational quality initiatives and contribute to broader team projects as required.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned and travel when necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related discipline is preferred.

• At least 6 years of communications experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

• Strong ability to create clear, accurate, constructive, and engaging written materials.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Strong judgment, conceptual thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

• Ability to manage work-related pressure, exercise discretion, and adapt to changing priorities.

• Ability to provide thoughtful direction and contribute strategically to communications and user experience initiatives.

• Ability and willingness to travel as required.

• Candidates must reside within the Eastern or Central U.S. time zones.
