Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Messianic Pastor, based in Chicago, IL, with some opportunities for remote work. Key responsibilities include leading Bible studies, providing pastoral care, fostering discipleship, and supporting the spiritual growth of those in the community. The Messianic Pastor will also lead and oversee congregational activities, collaborate with local churches for outreach efforts, and implement programs to serve and engage with the Jewish community.

Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Bible Study and Discipleship methodologies
  • Experience and skills in Pastoring and Pastoral roles
  • Proven ability in providing robust Pastoral Care
  • Deep understanding of Jewish culture and traditions, with a passion for evangelism and ministry
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse individuals and groups
  • A strong sense of compassion, leadership, and commitment to serving others
  • Formal theological training or degree preferred but not mandatory
