Chosen People Ministries, founded in 1894 by Rabbi Leopold Cohn in Brooklyn, New York, is committed to praying for, evangelizing, discipling, and serving Jewish people everywhere, while equipping believers to do the same. The organization operates in over 20 countries, offering outreach programs such as Messianic Centers and congregations, evangelism initiatives, discipleship, and educational resources. With a steadfast focus on sharing the message of Yeshua (Jesus) as Messiah, their mission includes publishing materials, engaging in benevolent work, and collaborating with local churches for Jewish evangelism.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Messianic Pastor, based in Chicago, IL, with some opportunities for remote work. Key responsibilities include leading Bible studies, providing pastoral care, fostering discipleship, and supporting the spiritual growth of those in the community. The Messianic Pastor will also lead and oversee congregational activities, collaborate with local churches for outreach efforts, and implement programs to serve and engage with the Jewish community.

• Strong foundation in Bible Study and Discipleship methodologies
• Experience and skills in Pastoring and Pastoral roles
• Proven ability in providing robust Pastoral Care
• Deep understanding of Jewish culture and traditions, with a passion for evangelism and ministry
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse individuals and groups
• A strong sense of compassion, leadership, and commitment to serving others
• Formal theological training or degree preferred but not mandatory
