Overview
Esperanza Community Services has been providing life-changing support to hundreds of children and adults with autism and other disabilities in the West Town neighborhood of Chicago for over 50 years.
Our mission is to help individuals achieve their fullest potential and become as independent as possible through a range of services, including adult residential, adult day training, home-based support, art exploration, Esperanza Therapeutic Day School, and Esperanza Learning Center.
ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Associate Board, you will be a dedicated supporter and advocate for our mission, raising awareness and support for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Board meetings are held in person in Chicago’s West Town.
QualificationsEmerging leaders aged 23–35 committed to using their time, talents, networks, and resources to support individuals with intellectual disabilities.
