What You Will DoThis is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated NP/PA to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
- Join an established and well-respected team of 8 physicians and 3 APP's
- Hybrid role
- This position will combine virtual and in-person work, with focus on flexibility based department needs.
- The APP will provide virtual support for Bartlett and neighboring offices with limited access.
- On average, the expectation is four days of remote work and one day in person
- Call structure: office call, one weekend every six weeks
- Practice setting:
Outpatient - Full-spectrum Family Medicine (kids-adults)
- High quality service in one convenient location, including primary care and specialists
- Lab testing and imaging services on site
- Excellent office support staff
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Eligible for state medical license and DEA/Controlled Substance registration

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.
- Registered Nurse preferred.

- Masters Degree of Nursing required
