Alc-Health-Care-Services is seeking a part-time Hospice Registered Nurse to plan, direct, and deliver home-based hospice care across communities. The RN will assess patient and family needs, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and provide education and support in home settings.
Must hold an active RN license in Illinois, have CPR, and be willing to travel to patient homes. Hospice experience strongly preferred.
