Guidehealth is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Telehealth Medicare Annual Wellness Visit Specialist role. This PRN, remote position focuses on preventive care, patient education, and health risk assessment through virtual visits with supervision by a physician.
The ideal candidate will be fully bilingual in Korean and English, hold a GA RN license, and have at least 3 years of patient care nursing experience, preferably in primary or preventive care or telehealth.
