Your Jared is seeking an OSH Registered Nurse to support telephonic triage, assess patients, and prioritize care from a remote on-call setting. You will execute protocol-driven chronic disease management and provide education to patients and caregivers.
The ideal candidate holds an active Illinois RN license with BLS/CPR certification, conducts medication reviews, and promptly reviews abnormal labs. Benefits begin after 90 days; 401(k) with company match after one year.
