RN Peds Homecare

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide home-based pediatric care in various areas.

Key responsibilities include: utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; initiating and adjusting care plans; administering medications and treatments; monitoring patient conditions; and coordinating education, discharge planning, and goal setting.

Qualifications: current RN or LPN license, valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification. Prior RN experience is preferred.

Skills required: strong clinical judgment, effective communication, ability to respond to changing patient needs, and adherence to safety protocols.
