United Health Group is seeking a Telephone Transplant Case Manager RN to support diverse patient populations with education, advocacy and connections to resources for solid organ transplant care. This remote role allows work from anywhere in the United States, with standard 8:00am–5:00pm hours.
Required qualifications include an active RN license, compact license, 3+ years in acute care, 1+ year in transplant/VAD care, and strong computer skills. Preferred BSN and CCM credentials are noted.
