Ladders is seeking a Medical Science Liaison / Senior Medical Science Liaison to join a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead scientific exchange with KOLs and HCPs, support clinical sites, and drive compliant, high‑quality medical initiatives.
Location:
Remote – US based candidates only. Compensation: $143,400 – $179,200 annually. Travel up to 75%. Requires an advanced degree and 5+ years in pharma/biotech, with preference for rare diseases/neurology experience.
