• Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to understand business requirements and communicate potential impacts/risks
• Perform QA/UAT and develop comprehensive test plans and test scripts
• Analyze test results to identify and report defects while following industry standards
• Proactively suggest and implement improvements to the overall testing strategy
• Track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize results for clear reporting

• Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong understanding of quality assurance measures and industry standards
• Experience testing Content Management System features, front‑end and back‑end applications, and web services
• Ability to create and execute test plans and scripts accurately

• Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role within the hospitality or technology sectors
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and methodologies
