LaSalle Network is partnering with a growing food manufacturing organization to hire a Temporary QMS Manager to support quality systems, regulatory compliance, food safety programs, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will play a key part in maintaining quality management processes, supporting supplier and customer quality programs, managing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented quality professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys collaborating across multiple functions to drive operational excellence.

- Support quality management system (QMS) activities and maintain quality documentation and records
- Assist with regulatory compliance initiatives and audit readiness efforts
- Manage supplier quality documentation, certifications, and compliance records
- Support customer quality programs, including portal updates and documentation requests
- Investigate customer complaints and internal quality issues and support corrective and preventive action programs
- Conduct root cause analysis and track quality trends and performance metrics
- Maintain and improve standard operating procedures and quality system documentation
- Support food safety and quality programs through ongoing monitoring and reporting
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Quality Assurance, or a related scientific field
- 3+ years of experience in quality, food safety, regulatory, or technical roles within food manufacturing, food ingredients, dairy, or consumer packaged goods environments
- Experience with HACCP, FSMA, FSVP, and Quality Management Systems
- Strong understanding of specification management and document control processes
- Experience supporting supplier quality and customer quality programs
- Knowledge of audit preparation, regulatory compliance, and food safety programs
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with microbiology, sensory evaluation, or food safety systems is a plus
